Overview

The goal of this marketing video was to showcase Breeze's value for escrow officers in a way that's engaging and easy to understand. Through clear storytelling, bold visuals, and dynamic motion design, it grabs the audience's attention while making its value instantly clear.

Outlining the narrative

After gathering ideas in a quick team brainstorm, I created a high-level video outline paired with product screenshots and early visuals for team feedback.

I included timestamps to keep the video concise and ensure every moment delivered clear value.

Introduce Breeze: Start with the value proposition, showing how Breeze helps escrow officers become the top choice for agents.

Feedback highlights

After presenting the narrative to our team's Copywriter, Digital Media Manager, Senior Designer, and Director of Marketing and UX, I gathered key feedback:

Show fewer product screens

Since this was a mobile ad, I decided to zoom in on key parts of the product screen to highlight important details, rather than shrinking the entire product page to fit the smaller screen.

Make the visuals more "sexy" and "fun"

I brightened colors, added abstract gradients, and introduced dynamic transitions for energy and clarity.

Make the brand voice shout "SkySlope"

SkySlope’s brand is all about being fun, jazzy, space-themed, and futuristic, while still keeping things professional. The idea of a lively astronaut who brings a party atmosphere seemed like a perfect fit.

Setting the mood

With a clearer direction, I gathered visual inspiration from dancing astronauts, space backdrops, and vibrant party-like vibes, carefully balancing the playful energy with the product screens to ensure the core message stayed front and center.

Bringing It All Together

I started with a custom mesh gradient to create a vibrant, immersive backdrop that reflects the Breeze brand. Subtle animations added life to the background without overpowering the main content.

Connecting key actions with key components

I highlighted the "Open Order" UI to demonstrate how agents can easily start an escrow order and automatically select their default escrow agent.

Using a flip animation, I created a clear visual link between the action and the result, adding both clarity and visual interest.

Automatically become the agent’s default escrow officer with every escrow order.

Finishing with flair

To give the video a satisfying conclusion, I used an illustrated email icon with a pulse animation to represent the email being sent to the escrow officer. The final "Sent!" success message added a celebratory touch, clearly signaling that the task was complete. 🎉

Every envelope sent means a new escrow order is on the way!
